How does the scoring work?
Every session is scored out of 100 across four negotiation pillars: Anchoring (did you anchor first and high?), Composure (did you hold firm under pressure?), Framing (did you use labeling, mirroring, calibrated questions?), and Outcome (how close did you get to the hidden flex budget?). Each pillar is 25 points.
Can I practice my actual offer?
Yes - Real Offer Mode (Pro) lets you enter any offer with exact numbers, company name, and allowances. The AI builds a custom recruiter scenario around your real situation, with a hidden flex budget set 10–20% above your current offer.
What's in the debrief?
